Scope and acceptance
These Terms govern use of the website operated by EQB Strategy, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as Kelmont Group as of the effective date shown on this page. By accessing or using the site, a visitor agrees to the posted Terms.
A separate written agreement with EQB Strategy, LLC or Kelmont Group controls if it conflicts with these Terms for the relationship covered by that agreement. Kelmont may update the Terms by posting a revised version and date.
Informational purpose
The website provides general information about Kelmont and a way to request a conversation. Site content should not be treated as individualized investment, legal, tax, accounting, valuation, or other professional advice.
Using the site or sending a message does not create a client, recruiting, placement, employment, advisory, fiduciary, agency, or other professional relationship. Kelmont is engaged and paid by receiving firms or platforms, not by advisors.
Advisor and firm decisions
Descriptions of partnership models, economics, services, culture, ownership, or operating support are general. Any opportunity should be evaluated using current information supplied by the relevant firm and the user’s own legal, tax, financial, compliance, and other advisers.
No website statement guarantees that an introduction will occur, that a firm will make an offer, or that a particular structure or outcome will be available or suitable.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site to:
- violate law or the rights of another person or organization;
- interfere with site security, availability, or operation;
- introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, or bypass access controls;
- misrepresent identity, authority, or affiliation; or
- submit confidential, account, health, government-identifier, or similarly sensitive information through a general inquiry form.
Messages and submissions
The contact form routes submissions through Formspark (Trampoline Software SRL) and uses Cloudflare Turnstile to screen automated traffic. Submissions may be retained in the Formspark dashboard and delivered by email to Kelmont’s monitored recipient. Routine form records and related notification emails are deleted after 12 months unless an active matter, legal obligation, dispute, or security need requires longer retention. A website message is not a secure or confidential channel, does not create a professional relationship, and should not contain client names, account data, health information, government identifiers, criminal-history information, or other sensitive or confidential material.
Content and intellectual property
The Kelmont name, Passage Sails identity, website design, code, copy, and other site materials are owned by or licensed to EQB Strategy, LLC. Kelmont’s marks are unregistered unless the site states otherwise.
A visitor may view the site and retain a reasonable copy for personal or internal, noncommercial evaluation. No other reproduction, modification, distribution, republication, or use is permitted without prior written permission or applicable law.
Third-party services and links
The site uses Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, and security, Formspark for contact-form processing, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot detection, and an external Calendly scheduling page. Kelmont also uses third-party email, communications, calendar, and business-record service providers. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy documentation. Links to receiving firms or other third-party sites are provided for convenience; Kelmont does not control their content, availability, or practices.
Governing law and forum
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the site are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site must be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or, if federal subject-matter jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming. Each party consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration and do not include a jury-trial or class-action waiver. They do not replace the dispute-resolution provisions of a separate written agreement. If such an agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for that relationship.
