Choices may depend on location and use
Depending on where a person lives and how Kelmont handles personal information, that person may have privacy choices. Not every listed law or right applies to every visitor.
EQB Strategy, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as Kelmont Group serves established financial advisors in the United States. Rights, exceptions, and response procedures depend on the law that applies to the requester and the information involved.
Types of requests to evaluate
- Access or know: request categories or specific pieces of personal information and related processing details.
- Correction: ask that inaccurate personal information be corrected.
- Deletion: ask that certain personal information be deleted, subject to applicable exceptions.
- Portability: request eligible information in a usable format where required.
- Opt out: request limits on a sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising use if such activity occurs and the law provides the choice.
- Sensitive information: request limits on certain uses or disclosures where applicable.
- Appeal: challenge a denied request where an applicable law provides an appeal process.
How to submit a request

Verification and response
Kelmont may need to verify a requester’s identity and authority before fulfilling certain requests. The process should collect no more information than reasonably necessary, protect the information received, and account for requests that cannot be verified.
Kelmont will acknowledge and respond to a verified request within the time required by applicable law. It may explain an extension, exception, inability to verify, or appeal process when the applicable law permits or requires it.
An applicable access, correction, or deletion request may require searching Formspark dashboard records, Kelmont’s notification mailbox, scheduling records, and connected calendar or email systems, and sending any required instruction to a service provider. Formspark’s data processing agreement states that it assists customers with rights requests.
Authorized agents
Where recognized by applicable law, a person may use an authorized agent. Kelmont may require proof of authorization and may verify the requester directly where permitted.
No unlawful discrimination
Kelmont will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right. Kelmont does not offer a financial incentive in exchange for personal information through this site.
Sale, sharing, targeted advertising, and GPC
Kelmont does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising. The site does not intentionally load nonessential advertising or analytics technology.
Because those activities do not currently occur, a Global Privacy Control signal does not change the site’s behavior. If Kelmont’s practices change, it will implement any required signal handling and update these disclosures before the new use begins.
Request administration
Josh Curtis is responsible for administering privacy requests, including appropriate intake, identity verification, authorized-agent review, response tracking, exceptions, appeals, service-provider instructions, and related recordkeeping as applicable. Kelmont adjusts this process when its operations or legal obligations materially change.
