Current status
Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery, security, and Turnstile bot detection for this site. Kelmont has disabled Cloudflare Web Analytics, Logpush, and extended logging for this build. No analytics, advertising, CRM, chat, visitor-identification, consent-management, or other nonessential tracking technology is intentionally enabled. Kelmont links to an external Calendly scheduling page but does not embed it, so Calendly code, cookies, or browser storage do not load on kelmontgroup.com before a visitor follows that link.
Formspark receives information when a visitor submits the contact form; Kelmont does not currently rely on Formspark to set a cookie on this site. Kelmont reviews this technology inventory after material hosting, form, scheduling, or site changes.

This policy uses the name of the actual technology where known and identifies whether it is controlled by Kelmont or another provider.

Strictly necessary
Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network signals—including client IP address, TLS fingerprint, User-Agent header, site key, and origin—to distinguish people from bots. Cloudflare characterizes these signals and any associated security cookies or similar technologies as strictly necessary for bot detection and blocking. The configured widget has pre-clearance disabled, so Kelmont is not intentionally using Turnstile’s optional pre-clearance cookie. Actual behavior may vary with Cloudflare’s security configuration.
Functional
No functional technology is currently selected or intentionally enabled. If one is introduced, Kelmont will update this policy with its provider, purpose, duration, and consent treatment as applicable.
Analytics
No analytics technology is currently selected or intentionally enabled.
Advertising or cross-context tracking
Kelmont does not use advertising pixels, cross-context behavioral advertising, or targeted-advertising technology. If that changes, Kelmont will update this policy and implement applicable controls before the technology runs.
Cookie controls
No nonessential technology is currently selected. If a production scan or later integration identifies nonessential storage, Kelmont will implement any required consent and withdrawal controls before that technology runs.
Browser settings and privacy signals
Browsers commonly allow users to delete or block cookies, though doing so may affect some features. Kelmont does not currently sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use targeted-advertising technology, so a Global Privacy Control signal does not change the site’s current behavior.
If Kelmont’s practices change so that an applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal, Kelmont will update the site and this policy. See Privacy Choices for request options.
Duration and review
Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy documentation does not provide an itemized duration for every signal, cookie, or similar technology. Kelmont reviews this inventory after changes to hosting, analytics, forms, scheduling, video, CRM, or other integrations and updates this policy when its practices materially change.
