Scope and status
This notice describes the website, inquiry, and business-communications practices of EQB Strategy, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as Kelmont Group. Kelmont serves established financial advisors in the United States and provides services only where legally permitted. It does not intentionally target people outside the United States.
It applies to information collected through this site, direct inquiries, external scheduling, authorized firm introductions, and Kelmont’s business-development communications. It does not govern the independent practices of receiving firms or other third parties.
Information the site may collect
Information a visitor provides
The contact form collects full name, work email, optional firm or practice name, optional role, primary topic, preferred way to continue, message, and a privacy-notice acknowledgement. Do not submit client names, account information, Social Security numbers, health information, criminal-history information, government identifiers, or other sensitive or confidential information.
Information collected automatically
Formspark processes a submission and associated request metadata, including IP address, browser type, and referring website address. Cloudflare hosts and protects the site and may process IP address, browser and device information, requested URLs, timestamps, and related network or security data. Cloudflare Turnstile also processes anti-bot signals such as client IP address, TLS fingerprint, User-Agent header, site key, and associated origin. Kelmont has disabled Cloudflare Web Analytics, Logpush, and extended logging for this build.
Information from other sources
Kelmont may receive professional contact and business information from public websites and records, professional directories, referrals, receiving firms or platforms, and business-information service providers. This may include a person’s name, business email, title, employer or firm, public professional profile, location, and general practice information.
Scheduling information
If a visitor follows Kelmont’s external Calendly link, Calendly may collect contact and scheduling details, such as name, email address, selected meeting time and time zone, a telephone number when requested for a phone meeting, and optional answers or notes. Calendly processes that information on its own website, and Kelmont receives the meeting details through Josh Curtis’s connected calendar and email system.
How information may be used
Kelmont may use information to:
- respond to a request for information or a conversation;
- understand an advisor’s stated goals, questions, and preferred follow-up;
- evaluate whether Kelmont’s services may be relevant;
- send relevant one-to-one or business-development communications to professional contacts;
- coordinate authorized introductions and transition-related communications;
- route, store, and email inquiries to Kelmont’s monitored recipient;
- honor opt-outs and maintain suppression records;
- detect and prevent spam or other abuse; and
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and keep appropriate business or legal records.
Information submitted through the website contact form is used for direct follow-up and is not added to an automated outreach campaign, customer relationship management system, or open- or click-tracking program. Kelmont does not use automated decision-making to make legal or similarly significant decisions about visitors.
When information may be disclosed
Kelmont will use Formspark, operated by Trampoline Software SRL, to collect, store, display, and forward contact-form submissions and send notification emails. Formspark identifies Amazon Web Services for cloud infrastructure and email delivery and OOPSpam for automatic spam filtering as subprocessors. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network signals to distinguish visitors from bots. Information will also be delivered to Kelmont’s configured recipient and stored in that recipient’s email system.
Formspark states that submission data is hosted in Amazon Web Services’ eu-west-1 (Ireland) region. Its data processing agreement permits subprocessors outside the European Economic Area subject to the transfer safeguards described there. This does not mean all related processing occurs only in Ireland.
Kelmont also uses service-provider categories for email hosting and routing, communications and business development, security, scheduling, and recordkeeping. Calendly provides the external scheduling page linked from the site and operates under its own terms and privacy notice. These providers may process information only to support the services Kelmont requests and their own legally permitted operational purposes. Kelmont may also disclose information to professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, or address a transaction involving the business.
Josh may first discuss an advisor in general or de-identified terms. After the advisor authorizes an introduction to a specifically named firm, Kelmont may share the advisor’s name, business contact details, firm or practice, role, approximate business profile, stated goals, and transition questions with that firm. Kelmont does not share client names, account information, credentials, government identifiers, health data, or unrelated sensitive information for an introduction.
Kelmont does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising.
Retention and security
Kelmont deletes routine Formspark dashboard records, scheduling records under its control, and related notification emails after 12 months. It may retain information longer while an inquiry or engagement is active or when reasonably necessary for legal obligations, disputes, fraud or security, or another legitimate business need. Other professional contact and communication records are deleted or de-identified when they are no longer reasonably needed for the purpose collected. Kelmont may retain a minimal suppression record as long as needed to honor an opt-out.
Formspark states that it encrypts data in transit, limits access to authorized persons, and uses monitoring and error reporting. Kelmont limits internal access to Josh Curtis and uses service-provider security controls, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Formspark states that it processes submission data for the duration of the service and deletes or returns data at termination in accordance with its data processing agreement and terms.
Privacy rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, a person may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or limits on certain uses or disclosures. Kelmont may verify a request and will respond within the period required by applicable law, subject to lawful exceptions.

Children’s information
The site is intended for established financial professionals and is not directed to children. Do not use the contact form to submit children’s personal information, health information, or criminal-history information.
Updates and contact
Kelmont may update this notice to reflect changes in its practices or applicable law. The current effective and review dates appear above.
